SHRUTHI & JOE

MANOR BY THE LAKE WEDDING

Day 2: Indian Ceremony & Reception at Manor by the Lake, Cheltenham

After a colour-splashed Mehndi and Haldi on Day 1, Shruthi & Joe’s celebration continued with an intimate indoor Indian wedding ceremony followed by a golden-hour reception—proving that a little rain can’t dim big love. As a London wedding photographer specialising in fusion weddings throughout the Cotswolds, I couldn’t have asked for a more dramatic weather story or a more photogenic venue than Manor by the Lake.

It rained that morning, so the ceremony was shifted the beautiful mandap indoor in the ballroom at Manor by the Lake. Right after the ceremony the rain stopped, the sun came out, and we headed outside for garden photos.

With clouds parting, we ventured outside for couple portraits. Rain-kissed leaves shimmered, fountains glistened and a soft mist curled over the lake—adding a storybook feel to every frame. The late-day sun painted the stone façade in amber tones, making this fusion-wedding gallery sing with contrast and colour.
