Jaya and Arun’s wedding at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading was one of those days where everything aligns: a warm, sunny August forecast that actually delivered, a room full of energy, and a wedding schedule packed with moments worth documenting properly; both in photography and film.
This was a hybrid wedding for me: I captured photos and video across the day. And because I’d already photographed Jaya and Arun’s civil ceremony as well as their pre-wedding photoshoot, we had that trust and rhythm that makes everything smoother. They didn’t need to “perform” for the camera; they could just live the day, and I could focus on telling the story in a way that feels cinematic and real.
